Builders have the privilege to add stock at the project level while the brokers may source from builders or can add stock at a unit level that is not affiliated to a builder
Nomenclature: Property listings are created in a way that it accommodates to a listing formula. Consider a project by a builder which comprises a certain number of blocks and units in each of them. Most units may follow a pattern of configurations depending on the position and area. In order to replicate the units that have similar configuration, we recommend the best practice to begin with furnishing the list of models (consolidated list of all unit configurations) that can be replicated across floors and/or blocks.
To access the stock page, click on the ‘Stock’ Icon on the left pane.
Upon clicking you’ll be getting the repository of models from all properties you have updated before when the screen loads.
Click on the ‘Add Stock’ button from the top right of the dashboard to create stocks.
Select the type of stock you are intending to sell. Primary in the case of a new property, secondary in the case of a re-sell or rent (which would be relevant to the brokers).
Complete the property attributions by detailing if it is a residential or a commercial property, and the type of property (vide Apartment, Villa, Row House, or a Plot).
Further, specify the name of the project, RERA ID of the property, and the current status of the property for possession.
Also, pin the location on the maps.
Click on the Submit button after all the details are furnished.
Upon selecting the ‘Secondary’ stock, you will notice the change in specifications to be prompted if it is for sale or for rent.
The attributions of the property shall be specified in the same screen (such as the configuration, area, and the facing direction) along with the price.
Commercial Property listings feature is being developed and the information to be specified include if the space is a standalone unit or a part of a small set of establishments in a building or a full scale commercial property (such as malls or trade/business centres).
