• If you have selected the account type as “Builder” while filling the “sign up” form, you will see the following screen on your web browser.
• On the left side of the form, you will find a four step sign-up process, along with a progress indicator with the current page/form highlighted in green.
• The first form requests you to fill in the details related to your profile. It will help us create a customised experience on the realiti.io platform
• Kindly upload the soft copy of your passport size photograph with a plain background on the display picture section. This will help in making the experience of the platform interactive.
• You can ‘Change’ or ‘Remove’ the photo by clicking on the respective buttons placed next to the profile picture section.
• Kindly type your ‘First name’ and ‘last name’ in the respective text boxes.
• In the ‘Personal information’ section, fill in your details such as email, 10-digit mobile number followed by country code +91, state and city name in their respective text boxes.
• If you have verified your mobile number and email ID during the initial sign-up process it will be highlighted in green as ‘email/mobile is verified’ otherwise it will be marked in red as ‘email/mobile is not verified’. The same information will be mentioned along with a tick (green) or a cross (red) check mark in a pop-up text box on the top right corner of the form.
• Set your Passpin by adding a 2 digit letter indicating the project name or information followed by a 4-digit number describing the stock unit count.
• Confirm your Passpin by re-entering your 6-digit code in the adjacent text box.
• Once all your profile related details are filled in the first step of the form, press Next to move towards the next screen.
• After you have submitted the User profile information successfully, the company details form appears on the screen as shown above. Here you would have to fill in your company details such as company name, company type, company’s website URL, company address along with country, city and pin code.
• Please provide primary contact details of the person we can reach out to for future communications related to unit availability and sales. The contact details include contact number and primary email.
• When you click on the company type field, you will be shown a drop-down option with the following options to select: Public Limited Company, Private Limited Company, Joint Venture Company, Partnership Firm, One Person Company. Please select the option based on how your company has been registered in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
• If you have any doubts related to the information required on this company details form, please click ‘Watch’ marked in blue in the top right corner of the form, placed next to the text ‘Need help’
• If you still have doubts and want to collect more data before completing the ‘company details’ form, you can skip this step temporarily and come back to the form later by pressing the ‘skip’ button.
• If you have filled all the details asked in the form you can press ‘Next’ to submit the details and move on to the next form for KYC documentation and verification.
• You have now reached step three of the documentation; you will be able to see a form to collect your KYC details.
• Please enter your details such as Corporate Identity Number (CIN), Goods and Service Tax Number (GST No.), Permanent Account Number (PAN) in the respective text boxes and upload the related documents by pressing the ‘Upload’ button kept right next to it.
• Kindly note that the maximum size of the documents that you are trying to upload can be up to 600 Kb and they must be either in PDF, PNG or JPEG format only.
• The errors in the numbers or file size that was uploaded will be flagged in red exclamation symbol. The correct ones will be intimated with a green tick.
• After you have completed filling the form with all the details, please press the ‘Submit’ button to get your documents and details verified.
• If all the details that were entered are correct then your documentation is verified and you will find the above screen as an acknowledgement that your account has been verified.
• Congratulations for successfully completing the four step sign up form! If you wish to stay on the app please press ‘Cancel’ button, otherwise you can log out of the app by pressing the ’Logout’ button
